Will UniFi Access work with my existing door or gate?
Suitability depends on hardware, power, connections and installation requirements. We review the entry point before choosing equipment and define necessary changes in the proposal.
Can you service an existing UniFi Access installation?
Yes. Tell us about the installed equipment and the issue. We review the system and define troubleshooting, repair or configuration work before proceeding. Service visits and repairs are quoted separately.
Does access control include a new gate operator or door hardware?
Only when included in the agreed scope. Gate automation, door hardware and Access control equipment have different installation requirements. We review them together and specify what is retained, supplied or changed.
Can you connect access with cameras or an intercom?
We review proposed equipment and existing systems for compatibility before defining connections and functions. The proposal sets out the entry, intercom and camera work included in your project.
Which credentials or entry controls will be available?
Available controls depend on the selected equipment and configuration. We discuss how your household, visitors or other users need access, then confirm the options in your system plan.
What should a condominium property prepare for a consultation?
