Can you use my existing TV and mount?
We review the TV, mount, wall and intended position before confirming suitability. Tell us the equipment details so retained items can be identified in the proposal.
Can all the cables be hidden?
Cable concealment depends on the wall, available routes and connections. We discuss practical options before agreeing on the installation; a concealed route is not assumed for every room.
Can Apple TV work with my Sonos setup?
We review the display, Sonos equipment and available connections to define a compatible setup. The proposal specifies the equipment and configuration work included.
Can you reconfigure equipment that is already installed?
Yes. We review the existing media setup and the issue or change you have in mind. Service and configuration work are quoted separately where appropriate.
