smarthom.co describes SmartHom's home technology installation and system-service offerings in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You can learn about the services and submit a project or service enquiry.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract. The scope, price, and terms of any work are confirmed in a separate proposal or work agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content on the site accurate and up to date. Hardware specifications, service details, and availability may change. We do not guarantee that every detail on the site is current at the moment you read it. For anything you plan to act on, contact us to confirm.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the site's accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability.

SmartHom provides installation services within Miami-Dade County, Florida. We may decline to serve addresses outside this area.

Any published project ranges are planning guidance. Your proposal defines the equipment, work, and price for your property. Service visits and repairs are quoted separately. Any quote validity period is stated in the quote itself.

SmartHom branding and original site content, and third-party names, trademarks, and materials, remain the property of their respective owners. Appearance on this site does not grant permission to reproduce third-party materials. Manufacturer and illustrative imagery is not evidence that SmartHom performed the pictured installation.

We may link to websites operated by other companies, including hardware manufacturers and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartHom Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to any actual installation services you purchase from us — those are governed by a separate written agreement between you and SmartHom.

You agree to defend and hold SmartHom Co and its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
