SmartHom Co is a Miami-Dade security and smart home installer, a division of Sunnyside International Enterprise LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We operate smarthom.co. Our contact information is at the bottom of this policy.

When you use our website or submit a quote request, we may collect the following:

• Information you provide. Name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, property type, and any message you include when you submit the quote form.
• Information collected automatically. Browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, time on page, and approximate location (IP-based, city or region level). This is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies for analytics and ad measurement only. We don't use them to personalize ads ourselves, but Google may use them across its advertising network. See the Cookies section below.

We do not collect payment information on this site. All pricing is delivered through a written quote after a free site survey.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your quote request and schedule a free site survey
• Send you an auto-reply confirming we received your request
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about the quote or related services
• Measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising based on aggregated analytics data
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with the following third parties, and only to the extent necessary to operate the business:

• Resend (resend.com) — sends the notification and auto-reply emails when you submit the quote form. Resend receives the data you enter in the form solely to deliver the email.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated website usage analytics. IP addresses are handled per Google's privacy terms.
• Google Ads — conversion measurement for the ads we run. Google may set cookies to measure which ads result in form submissions or phone calls.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — our website hosting provider. Vercel processes request logs per its privacy policy.

We may also share information if required by law, subpoena, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for up to three years after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion or we're required to keep it longer for tax, legal, or accounting reasons.

Google Analytics data is retained per Google's default retention setting (currently 14 months at the time this policy was written).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Request that we delete your information
• Opt out of marketing contacts
• Opt out of the use of your data for advertising, to the extent that applies

To exercise any of these rights, email info@smarthom.co with the subject line "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days.

We use the following categories of cookies on smarthom.co:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to load and function
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use the site
• Advertising measurement — Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to form submissions or phone calls

You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use the site or submit a quote request.

Our site is intended for adults making decisions about property security. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email info@smarthom.co and we will delete it.

We protect the information you submit with reasonable safeguards. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is fully safe from unauthorized access.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will also note the update on the homepage for 30 days.
