Structured Wiring Rack — Ubiquiti, Control4, Triad

Every smart home runs on a rack. The rack is where every camera, every keypad, every TV, every speaker, and every smart device terminates. If the rack is messy, the system is fragile. If the rack is clean, the system is serviceable. This residence needed a full rack build — Ubiquiti UniFi switching, Control4 system control, Triad amplification for whole-home audio, WattBox UPS protection, all the patch panels labeled and the cable management trays trayed out. We started with a rough rack room and ended with this.
